My master thesis

This thesis is the C-language implementation of a genomic sequence compression algorithm and its analysis in comparison with the state of the art.

Note: Below is only part of the manuscript and slides, because the supervisors reserve the right to work on it in the future and we do not want to reveal too many algorithmic details.
